Login to Lockbox

Digital Lockbox is a team password and file sharing service available to companies and organizations.

Logging in as a New User

To log in to your company account for the first time as a new user, go to app.digitallockbox.com using a browser, enter your company email address, and click 'Sign in'.

1. Open your browser and navigate to app.digitallockbox.com.

1. Enter your company account's email address and click 'Sign In'.

2. A password entry box will appear below your email address, enter your password.

1. You will be prompted to set a master password for accessing Digital Lockbox.

Important: The master password you set here will be required for future Digital Lockbox logins. Due to Digital Lockbox's robust encryption mechanisms, if you forget this master password, it cannot be recovered. It's advisable to store it securely in another password management tool. Please contact your administrator for guidance on how to save the recovery key to your email or local PC and recover it later in the master password setting screen below. In the "Set Master Password" screen, you can choose to have your recovery key sent to your email or stored locally.

1. Click 'Next' to start using Digital Lockbox.

If you forget or lose your master password, inform your company administrator to have a new account created.

Logging in as an Invited New User

For new users who have been invited to Digital Lockbox by other users in the company, click the Invitation link written "Accept Invitation" in the invitation email to log in to 'Digital Lockbox Service'. You must change the master password for encrypting Digital Lockbox. In the Sign-up page, you should set your password and a master password. The master password must be at least 12 characters long, and you must set your password and your master password.

Regular Login

If you have set your password and master password on the Digital Lockbox registration screen successfully, now you can access app.digitallockbox.com using a browser. The following screen will appear in the next login; enter the master password and log in to Digital Lockbox.

1. Use your browser to navigate to app.digitallockbox.com.

2. Enter your master password to log in to digitallockbox.

Upon logging in to Digital Lockbox, you'll see the main interface, where you can manage your passwords and shared files.
